RECORDS DEPARTMENT  (973) 398-5000 ext 203        To obtain copies of accident reports, police reports, or to ask any records related questions, please contact the records department at (973) 398-5000 ext 203.  The hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 4:00 pm excluding holidays.  Fees for obtaining records are as follows: # of pages Cost Pages 1 -10 $ 0.75 per page Pages 11 - 20 $ 0.50 per page Over 20 pages $ 0.25 per page            In addition the records department can assist residents with obtaining temporary handicapped placards and firearms identification cards/permits.      The records department is located on the left side of the lobby as you walk into police headquarters.  For directions to the police department  GO HERE.
